LS Research Assistant Scheme
With the aim of fostering research and creative work in the Loyola Schools, the OADRCW invites all full-time faculty members to submit applications for the following grants:
- Loyola Schools Scholarly Work Faculty Grants
The Loyola Schools Scholarly Work Faculty Grants support up to P300,000 for projects that may be interdisciplinary and collaborative in nature. These projects must have potential contributions to at least one of the University’s strategic priority areas:
- Education Reform and Transformation
- Integral Ecology
- Universal Health and Well-being
- Bridging Cultural Divides
- Research and Creative Work (RCW) Faculty Grants
- Early Career Publication Support Grants
To provide faculty with research time, two schemes are available in the Loyola Schools: the RCW Faculty Grants for seasoned researchers and Early Career Publication Support Grants for fresh doctoral degree holders. Both grants give faculty members with up to 24 units of research load.
- LS Research Assistant Scheme
The LS Research Assistant Scheme is intended to provide faculty members with additional support in their conduct of scholarly work through the hiring of an RA. Privileges include free tuition and fees, plus monthly allowance.
Proposed activities or projects may commence in June 2023.
Applications must be lodged online. Please log on to http://apply-rcw.ateneo.edu/ and proceed to the Research Grants Portal to submit your application. Given the number of submissions, please note that the OADRCW will process only those with complete information and supporting documents.
The deadline for applications is 20 January 2022.
