On behalf of the Ateneo de Manila, I would like to thank Fr Johnny for his generosity in accepting this mission to lead the School of Education and Learning Design and for his dedication and leadership in establishing this fifth Loyola School.
As mentioned in an earlier memo, the SEALD constitutes the university’s strategic response to the challenges of Philippine education and signals our re-commitment to our important mission in the national educational landscape. It will offer our current array of master’s programs in education and eventually, distinctive undergraduate and doctoral programs.
We express our deep appreciation for the work done by the SEALD Search Committee, whose members are Dr Fernando T Aldaba (Chair), Mr Ronald Allan L Cruz, Dr Ma Assunta C Cuyegkeng, Dr Angela Fatima H Guzon, Dr Rhodora F Nicdao, Dr Marianne Rachel G Perfecto, and Dr Wilhelm Patrick Joseph S Strebel.
Let us support our new School of Education and Learning Design and its Dean with our cooperation and prayers.
