2. Implementation of No Parking and Drop-off/Pick-up Only Scheme

A No Parking and Drop-off/Pick up Only scheme will be followed at the JHS complex. The AJHS parking area serves as the Emergency Assembly Area (EAA) and Emergency Pick-up Point (EPP) for the AJHS community during disasters and calamities

Fetchers will be allowed to enter the JHS complex one (1) hour before dismissal.

This scheme will help ensure the safety of our students and other members of the AJHS community, especially during emergencies. It will also help improve traffic situation in the JHS complex and the university premises.

We are requesting for everyone’s patience and cooperation as the entire community adjusts to these new schemes aiming to ensure the safety of the AHS community, as well as improve traffic situation inside the campus.

For your information and guidance.
