Reminders for the 45th University Service Awards Main Awarding Ceremony, 23 March 2023
The Main Awarding Ceremony of the 45th University Service Awards for 2022 will be held on Thursday, 23 March 2023, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Junior High School Covered Courts. Below are some reminders for a smooth and orderly ceremony flow.
- All awardees are requested to come in by 2:30 pm to be seated in their designated places. Attire is smart casual or Sunday best. The seating arrangements will be according to the sequence of the awards given onstage, which is by unit and length of service.
- Awardees will be given stickers to wear upon registering at the venue. Kindly wear them to be identified easily by the ushers and organizing committee.
GS - Green APS - Yellow
JHS - Purple CASU - Red
SHS - Pink Special Awardees - Gold
LS - Blue - The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm. Awardees who will arrive late will be ushered to the seats reserved for latecomers. They can proceed to their designated seats after they receive their pins/ plaques onstage. Latecomers will no longer be allowed to go up onstage after their names have been called.
- Copies of the souvenir program will be distributed before the program begins.
- Official photographers will take photos of the awardees as they receive their awards onstage. Each awardee will be given a soft copy of their photo via email. For those without an Ateneo email, please contact employee.engagement.hrmod@ateneo.edu. Personal and unofficial photographers will not be allowed near the stage to prevent disruptions.
- Photo walls will be available outside the covered courts, where awardees can take their pictures until 2:30 pm. These photo walls will close momentarily and will be made available after the ceremony.
- Well-wishers are requested to give their gifts and greet the awardees at the end of the program so as not to disrupt the ceremony. This to show respect to the other awardees and the stage party.
- Parking spaces in the Junior High School parking lot is reserved for the stage party and awardees. Our campus security personnel will be around to manage traffic.
- Medical personnel from the Office of the University Physician and Clinic will be on standby.
- Light refreshments will be served immediately after the program at the back of the Junior High School Covered Courts.
