Matters Needing Attention for the School Year (OSA Memo)

As we embark on a new school year filled with exciting opportunities, we would like to bring your attention to several important matters that require your immediate attention. Please read this memo carefully to ensure a smooth transition into the upcoming academic year.

1. New Formator Assignments for Student Organizations and Units

   In light of the new school year, student organizations and units will be assigned new formators. Please familiarize yourselves with the new formator assigned to your organization or unit and establish effective communication channels to facilitate a productive working relationship. Please see attached document for the Formator Assignments for AY 2023-24. This arrangement took effect last July 15, 2023.

2. Inventory of Organization Rooms and Personal Items

   To maintain an organized and efficient environment, we kindly request all organizations to conduct an inventory of the contents within their respective organization rooms. It is important to ensure that all personal items are taken home and that the rooms are left clean and ready for use by July 24, 2023. Moreover, please be prepared for possible room re-assignments due to changes in the roster of accredited organizations.

3. Authorized Key Borrowers for Organization Rooms

   To enhance security measures, organizations may now submit a list of ten authorized key borrowers for their organization rooms. This list should include the names and relevant contact information of individuals entrusted with key access. Please submit this information to the Office of Student Activities to ensure smooth key management procedures not later than July 24, 2023.

4. Update Officer and Moderator Information

   In order to maintain accurate records, we kindly request all organizations to update OSA with their list of officers and information on their organization moderators. It is essential to provide up-to-date contact details, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the year. Please refer to the OSA Portal for any forms that need to be accomplished for this purpose.

5. Ignacianidad 2023

   Lastly, we would like to remind student leaders of the upcoming Ignacianidad. The All Ateneo Student Leaders Summit, scheduled for July 27-29, 2023. Letters of invitation have been sent to the email addresses of the organization and unit heads. Ignacianidad offers a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate our Ignatian values. We strongly encourage your active participation and look forward to seeing you there.
