Mode of Student Activities for Saturday, 23 September 2023 (College OSA Memo)

In line with the memo issued this evening by the Vice President for Human Resources regarding Work Arrangements for 23 September 2023 as well as the memo from the Vice President for Higher Education on Learning and Teaching on Saturday, 23 September 2023, and taking into consideration the ongoing precautionary measures aimed at mitigating the potential impact of heavy smog conditions and volcanic fog in Metro Manila, please be advised of the following arrangements:

1. Online Student Activities Only: Tomorrow, 23 September 2023, only online student activities will be allowed. This measure is being taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our students in light of the prevailing environmental conditions.
2. MVP Center for Student Leadership Access: The MVP Center for Student Leadership will not be accessible to students on this day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
3. Office of Student Activities Work Mode: The Office of Student Activities will shift to an online work mode to ensure continuity in our support for student activities and engagement.

We kindly request that all student activities adhere to these guidelines and make the necessary adjustments to your plans accordingly. Your safety and health remain our top priority.
