Employees’ Gathering for School Year 2023-2024 (Memo U2324-074)

The past years have seen us go through several unique transitions and challenges, not the least of which was the pandemic which forced us to go on lockdowns -- necessitating online modes of teaching, formation, and various university engagements and functions at a distance. As we have returned onsite, it is important to create venues for social encounters and building community.

It is especially meaningful for us to come together as one University family. It is in this context that I am inviting all Ateneo personnel (i.e. faculty, professionals, administrators and staff) to our

ATENEO EMPLOYEES' GATHERING

8am - 6pm
(There will be AM and PM batches with one celebration of the Holy Eucharist for all)
Loyola Campus (exact venue to be announced later)

Given the importance of this gathering, the first one of its kind since 2019, all units are asked to make arrangements, such as suspension of regular office operations and/or classes, so that everyone can participate. The Office for Mission and Identity (OMI) will provide more details in the coming days.
