Work Arrangements for 21 July 2025 at the Loyola Heights Campus
As we experience continuous heavy rainfall (100–200 mm) due to the Southwest Monsoon, with conditions expected to persist throughout the day [1], we are implementing precautionary measures to ensure employee safety from heavy rains and possible flooding. Starting 1 PM today, employees assigned to report onsite at the Loyola Campus are advised to work from home, with permission from their supervisor. Employees whose work cannot be performed from home may file for Emergency Leave (EL) with approval from their supervisor. Those leaving their workstations are reminded to properly observe end-of-day protocols.
Employees in Basic Education shall follow the work arrangements provided by their respective School Heads (Principals and Headmaster), as stated in the attached Memo#20.1 on the Revised Guidelines on the Cancellation or Suspension of Classes at the Ateneo de Manila University – Basic Education.
Employees from the School of Government, School of Medicine and Public Health, Law School, and Graduate School of Business shall follow the directions on work arrangements provided by their respective deans.
