Work Arrangements for 25 July 2025 at the Loyola Campus
In line with the instructions issued yesterday in Memo #UHR2526-007, the following work arrangemets shall be observed tomorrow, 25 July 2025, at the Loyola Heights campus, in consideration of employees who are still recovering from the recent weather disturbances and flooding:
1. Employees who cannot report onsite may work from home with permission from their supervisor; and
2. Employees whose work cannot be performed from home, or who are still severely affected by the recent weather disturbances and need additional time to attend to personal matters, may file for Emergency Leave (EL).
Employees in Basic Education shall follow the work arrangements provided by their respective School Heads (Principals and Headmaster), as stated in the attached Memo#20.1 on the Revised Guidelines on the Cancellation or Suspension of Classes at the Ateneo de Manila University – Basic Education.
Employees from the School of Government, School of Medicine and Public Health, Law School, and Graduate School of Business shall follow the directions on work arrangements provided by their respective deans.
