Work Arrangements for 28 July 2025 at the Loyola Campus
In anticipation of the possible effects of the State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2025 on Monday, 28 July 2025, special work arrangements will be extended to employees reporting to the Loyola Heights campus.
In consideration of employees who may experience difficulties commuting to and from work, those whose areas will be affectd by the SONA may:
- Work from Home, with prior permission from their supervisor; or
- File for Emergency Leave (EL), if their tasks cannot be performed remotely, subject to the supervisor's approval.
Employees in Basic Education shall follow the work arrangements provided by their respective School Heads (Principals and Headmaster), as stated in the attached Memo#20.1 on the Revised Guidelines on the Cancellation or Suspension of Classes at the Ateneo de Manila University – Basic Education.
Employees from the School of Government, School of Medicine and Public Health, Law School, and Graduate School of Business shall follow the directions on work arrangements provided by their respective deans.
