Special Work Arrangements for 26 August 2025 at the Loyola Heights Campus
Following the Quezon City Government advisory[1] and PAGASA’s Weather forecast[2] on the anticipated weather disturbance caused by the Low Pressure Area (LPA) and the Southwest Monsoon, special work arrangements are being extended to employees reporting to the Loyola Heights Campus tomorrow, Tuesday, 26 August 2025, in support of our Higher Education students and faculty who will still be holding online classes:
- Employees who cannot report onsite may work from home with permission from their supervisor; and
- Employees whose work cannot be performed from home and are not able to report onsite may file for Emergency Leave (EL) with approval from their supervisor.
Employees in Basic Education shall follow the work arrangements provided by their respective School Heads (Principals and Headmaster), as stated in the attached Memo#20.1 on the Revised Guidelines on the Cancellation or Suspension of Classes at Ateneo de Manila University – Basic Education.
Employees from the School of Government, School of Medicine and Public Health, Law School, and Graduate School of Business shall follow the directions on work arrangements provided by their respective deans.
