Off-campus tuition and fees payment options, including new arrangements for credit-card installment plans for School Year 2025-2026

This memo outlines the various off-campus payment facilities for your tuition and fees for SY 2025-2026. As in the past, you may choose from online, ATM, or over-the-counter transactions through our partner banks, or online payment via AIMS. For payments through BDO, BPI, or Metrobank, you must first enroll the Ateneo Graduate School of Business as a biller.

Payment via Partner Banks

  • BDO Bills Payment
    • Online/Internet Banking: Log in to your BDO Internet Banking account and enroll "ATENEO" as the merchant, with "Ateneo Business School" as the product type.
    • ATM: Select "Bills Payment" and "Enrolled Accounts" at any BDO ATM.
    • Over-the-Counter (OTC): Fill out a BDO Payment Slip with Company Name: Ateneo de Manila University, Institution Code: 9003, and Product Code: 902.

  • BPI Bills Payment
    • Online/Internet Banking: Log in to BPI Online and enroll "Ateneo de Manila-GSB / ADMBUS" as a new recipient.
    • ATM: Select "Bills Payments" and choose "Ateneo de Manila-GSB / ADMBUS" from your enrolled merchants.
    • Over-the-Counter (OTC): Use the BPI Express Assist (BEA) machine. The reference number format is your first initial, followed by your student number and last name (e.g., R123456 DIZON, EMMANUEL). When paying the teller, state the merchant name as "Ateneo de Manila Graduate / Business School" and the Product Code as "002 GSBOTC."

  • Metrobank Bills Payment
    • Online/Internet Banking: Log in to Metrobankdirect, click "Pay Bills," and select "Ateneo Business School" as the biller.
    • Over-the-Counter (OTC): Fill out a Metrobank Payment Slip with Company Name: Ateneo de Manila Business School (Utility Code: 810).

  • AIMS Linked Online Tuition Payment: Pay directly on the AIMS Online Assessment page using your Visa or Mastercard. Please note the amount is non-editable.

For this SY, we are pleased to announce that you may now convert straight payments of your tuition and fees to an installment plan through your respective bank's website.

  • BPI Balance Conversion
  • Metrobank Balance Conversion

The above balance conversion process is interim while we work on integrating this new payment facility to AIMS.

Lastly, we have partnered with Bukas Student Loans to provide you with other flexible options to pay for your tuition and fees. To apply, visit the Bukas website. If you would like a representative to contact you, please sign up using the online form.

For inquiries on tuition payment, email bursar.vpft@ateneo.edu or call 88997691 to 96 loc 2105. Rockwell Campus Cashier Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm.
