Dear Colleagues in Higher Education – faculty members, professionals, non-teaching personnel and administrators:

On 01 August 2025, the University President announced the schedule of the Employees’ Gathering for School Year 2025-2026.

HOPECOMING | ATENEO EMPLOYEES’ GATHERING

23 October (Thursday)

8am-6pm

Blue Eagle Gym, Ateneo de Manila University- Loyola Campus

I invite all of you to this Gathering. On 23 October, all undergraduate and graduate classes at the Schools of Humanities, Management, Education and Learning Design, Science and Engineering, and Social Sciences will be suspended from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, so that we may devote ourselves to this important University activity. Offices will operate on a limited force during this event. We look forward to your presence and participation in the HOPEcoming activities in the morning and the afternoon batches.

For the Schools of Medicine and Public Health, Law, Business and Government, the respective deans of these schools are enjoined to make appropriate decisions on class schedules that day suited to their contexts.

Let us come together on this special day to celebrate our communal life and Ignatian mission.
