Undergraduate Student Handbook, 2025 Edition (HE OSAS Memo)

I am pleased to inform you of the release of the Ateneo College Student Handbook, 2025 edition. 

The Handbook is composed of: 

Volume 1 - Academic Regulations, Support Services, Policies, and Guidelines

Volume 2 - Student Conduct, Academic Integrity, and Related Disciplinary Processes

The 2025 Edition features updated information such as new names of offices that were formalized within the past school year. Specific to Volume 2, a section on “Conflict Management and Mediation Services” was added. 

All members of the Ateneo undergraduate community are enjoined to familiarize themselves with the Updated 2025 Undergraduate Student Handbook which is available through this link: https://www.ateneo.edu/college/current-students/handbook. Also available to students is a companion site - Servire: The Ateneo College Student Services Hub which may be accessed through this link: https://www.ateneo.edu/servire and through students’ Canvas accounts. It is an online portal that curates the access points to and information on student services from various offices of the school.

In line with this, all First Year Students and Transferees should accomplish the Handbook Contract which may be found here - https://go.ateneo.edu/UEdStudentHandbookSY2526. The deadline for the accomplishment of the Handbook Contract is 13 October 2025. Failure to submit the contract by the said date will merit a hold order which will hinder you from enrolling in the next semester, and other sanctions.
