Celadon Ball 2023

Celadon Ball 2

Asteria: Celadon Seniors Ball 2023, organized by Ateneo Celadon, the premier Chinese-Filipino Student Organization on campus. This highly anticipated event took place at the elegant Circle Events Place in Quezon City, marking a significant milestone as Celadon's first Seniors Ball held off-campus since 2019.

Seniors Ball is an annual tradition that serves as a momentous occasion to formally bid farewell to our seniors and graduating students, while warmly welcoming the incoming executive board officers. This year, the event took on an even greater significance as it symbolized the resilience and spirit of the Atenean community.

After a hiatus due to the global pandemic, the Ateneo Celadon Ball became one of the first student organization events to be granted permission to be held off-campus since the University allowed limited student org-run off-campus activities in May. The resumption of this tradition signified a renewed sense of community and the University's commitment to providing memorable experiences for our students.

OSA fam's Ms. Tia Lero, Coordinator for SOAR and Formator-assigned to Celadon, and Ms. Julie Manalang, Budget and Finance Officer, in attendance at the event. Their presence, along with other distinguished guests, added to the excitement and significance of the evening, demonstrating the University's continued support for student initiatives.

Asteria: Celadon Seniors Ball 2023 was an enchanting and memorable night filled with elegance and celebration. The Circle Events Place transformed into a captivating venue, adorned with stunning decorations that reflected the Chinese-Filipino heritage of Celadon. The atmosphere was electric as the attendees, dressed in their finest attire, radiated joy and pride.

Throughout the event, the program featured various performances that showcased the incredible talent within the Ateneo Celadon community. From mesmerizing cultural dances to soulful musical numbers, the performers captivated the audience and left a lasting impression.

The highlight of the night was the formal recognition of the seniors and graduating students who have contributed immensely to the growth and success of Ateneo Celadon. As they took center stage, their accomplishments and dedication were acknowledged, leaving an indelible mark on their Ateneo journey.

Asteria: Celadon Seniors Ball 2023 served as a testament to the vibrant student life at Ateneo de Manila University and the importance of preserving traditions. This event not only celebrated the achievements of our seniors but also paved the way for the incoming executive board officers, who will carry the torch and continue the legacy of Ateneo Celadon.

The Office of Student Activities commends Ateneo Celadon for organizing an exceptional Seniors Ball that will be remembered as a milestone in the organization's history. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the organizers, performers, and participants for their remarkable contributions to the success of this event.

As we move forward, the Ateneo de Manila University, through the Office of Student Activities, remains committed to supporting student initiatives and providing a platform for our students to thrive and create unforgettable experiences.
