[AGS] Teachers’ Day Celebration
18 Feb 2026
Every February, the Ateneo Grade School joyfully celebrates Teachers’ Day, a cherished tradition that honors our teachers for their dedication, passion, and love for their vocation. It is a day not only for them, but also for our students to express gratitude and appreciation for the invaluable role teachers play in their lives.
This year, we celebrate with the theme: “You Let Us Grow, You Lead Us to Go.” In harmony with our school’s guiding theme, Pilgrims of Hope, our teachers shine as the brightest lights in our journey.
They let us grow by giving us space to discover ourselves, nurturing our talents, and molding us into responsible citizens of the future. They instill in us the values of Christ-Centeredness, Commitment, Competence, Compassion, and Conscience.
They lead us to go by preparing us to engage with the wider community, carrying with us the lessons we have learned, and inspiring us to become persons with and for others. They form us not only for success in school but for service in life.
As we mark this special day, let us not forget to thank our teachers, honor them with respect, and celebrate the profound impact they have on our lives.
Happy Teachers’ Day!
