ASHS Gonzaga Week 2026 opens with Alternative Classes
03 Feb 2026
The Ateneo de Manila Senior High School (ASHS) community joyfully kicked off Gonzavaganza: Gonzaga Week 2026 on 26 January 2026 through Alternative Classes, where students stepped out of their usual routines and into a day filled with non-academic activities and interactive workshops—both inside and beyond the classroom. This year’s celebration held special significance as it served as a week-long commemoration of the ASHS’s 10th anniversary, while continuing the tradition of honoring its patron saint, St. Aloysius Gonzaga.
Grade 11 students participated in mini workshops and talks held in their classrooms, while Grade 12 students ventured beyond the classroom for immersive learning experiences that enriched their education. From lessons in modeling and anime dubbing to experiential activities in Binondo, Intramuros, and Cainta, students explored new places, discovered new interests, unearthed hidden talents, and bonded with classmates through hands-on experiences.
