ASOG and IAG to launch Access Bangsamoro

The Ateneo School of Government through the Ateneo Policy Center and the Institute for Autonomy and Governance, with the support of the Government of Australia, will formally launch Access Bangsamoro this Thursday, 30 May 2019, in EM Manor Hotel, Cotabato City.

Access Bangsamoro is an online and social media portal that aims to promote the free flow of information, analysis, and discussions for the effective implementation of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) and the successful transition to the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). The portal will provide data as well as evidence-based policies and programs to help the BARMM realize prospects and address possible gaps and challenges during the 3-year transition.

The launch will feature messages from Dr. Ronald U. Mendoza, Dean of the Ateneo School of Government, H.E. Steven J. Robinson AO, Ambassador of Australia in the Philippines, and Atty. Benedicto Bacani, Executive Director of Institute for Autonomy and Governance. Key officials of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority and the Duterte administration are also expected to be present.
