A message to the Law School Class of 2022 and their families
29 Jul 2022
The Ateneo de Manila University community sympathizes with the members of the class of 2022 of the Ateneo School of Law.
Instead of joy, your special day last Sunday, 24 July 2022 was instead marked by tragedy. It marred what was supposed to be a day of celebration will forever traumatize the members of the class and their families, especially after one of your classmates was seriously injured, and at the same time lost her mother.
Rest assured, however, that we will still recognize your graduating class’s achievements in the near future, when you are ready. Your class deserves to mark this milestone and celebrate it with your loved ones, especially after what you went through during the pandemic, and now, this incident.
Ateneo is proud of what you have all achieved, and we will always root for your success.
