Update from AJHS-OAS for Grade 7 Applicants SY 2023-2024

1. The administration of the Ateneo de Manila Junior High School Entrance Test was held this weekend, December 10-11, 2022. We would like to thank everyone who prayed for good weather, because all batches were able to take the exam without any postponement.

2. There will be a late exam schedule for those who were absent this weekend. This will be held at the AJHS Covered Courts on January 21, 2023, 7:00-11:30 a.m. Applicants who wrote to AJHS-OAS for rescheduling of entrance exams due to sickness should have received their new exam permit. Please email admissions.ajhs@ateneo.edu if you have not received the new permit. Applicants who were absent this weekend but did not notify the AJHS-OAS should also send an email so that they can also be re-scheduled to January 21.

3. Applicants who are still in the system (FOR PAYMENT, DRAFT, RETURN TO APPLICANT, FOR EXAMINATION) can continue with the online application until January 7. Applicants who have finished the online application process by this time will still be included in the January 21 schedule. Please make sure you FINISH the online application process.

4. Applicants who have not yet uploaded their OFFICIAL GRADE 6 FIRST QUARTER/TERM card should do so before the interviews start. Log in to your account, click FOLLOW-UP REQUIREMENTS, and upload the card in the correct field. This is the only field which has this late upload option.

5. The next phase of the application process is the INTERVIEW, which will be conducted ONSITE beginning January 23.

a. AGS applicants will be provided the interview schedule by their GLC. Interviews will be held at the AGS campus.

b. Applicants from other schools will be sent a GOOGLE notification through the registered email address. Interviews will be held at the AJHS campus.

6. After the interview phase, the DELIBERATIONS process will commence. Results will be released through the registered email address in APRIL 2023.
