A-SHAPE Last Minute Reminders to Examinees

Examinees are advised to print out their examination permits as this will serve as their entrance pass into the Loyola Heights Campus. For examinees who will be dropped off by their respective drivers/fetchers who will leave the Loyola Heights Campus premises, examinees are advised to print out another copy of the exam permit which you will provide to your respective companions/ drivers/ fetchers. This will serve as their entry pass into the campus. Examinees are also advised to wear their school ID during their examination schedules. In the case that the examinee does not have their school ID as issued by their current school, please present an alternative ID (passport, city/ province issued ID, National ID etc.). 

Examinees must be within the Loyola Heights campus at least 30 minutes before their examination. The drop off area for all examinees will be at the Ateneo High School driveway in front of the Pamplona quadrangle. The assembly area is at the Junior High School Covered Courts. Only one companion is allowed to drop off the examinee in the Ateneo High School driveway. Companions are not allowed to accompany the examinees to the Junior High School Covered Courts. The waiting area reserved for companions within the campus is in the new Ateneo de Manila University Senior High School Formation and Learning Center (FLC Building). Ushers will be leading the examinees to the assembly area and to the examination venue (Ateneo de Manila Senior High School Building). 


Examinees are advised to bring the following:

1.     School I.D. - in the case that the school has not issued any school ID, any other ID should be brought by the examinee for verification purposes (passport, city/province issued ID, National ID etc)

2.     Duly accomplished examination permit

3.     Light snacks and water

4.     Medication- as prescribed by your personal physician

5.     Extra face mask

6.     Isopropyl alcohol

7.     Umbrella

8.     Pencil sharpener

9.     Pencil eraser

Pencil and scratch paper will be provided. Any calculator will not be allowed during the exam.

Examinees should wear smart casual clothing: jeans, shirt/polo shirt/ blouse with sleeves (crop tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped/ distressed jeans and short shorts and skirts are not allowed), sneakers or comfortable shoes and school ID. Examinees are advised to wear medical grade face masks at all times.

Room assignment details will be sent via the examinees' registered email address. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THOSE WHO DID NOT CLICK ON THEIR RESPECTIVE EXAMINATION SCHEDULES ARE NOT ON THE LIST OF EXAMINEES AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAMINATION.

NO LAST MINUTE ADDITIONS ON THE EXAM LIST WILL BE MADE.
