ASOG Leadership and Governance courses are intended to introduce the key principles of leadership and governance in building strategic capability of the AFP officers. The courses are organized to highlight a core set of skills necessary for public leadership in the military focusing on aspects like strategic communication, strategic and creative thinking, supporting and strengthening reforms, social accountability, rapid results approach for leadership and institutional change, as well as negotiations and conflict management.
