CBA Bulletin 9

[ENG] The Administration has forwarded the agreed-upon 2019-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement to the Union for review and ratification. The economic provisions of the CBA will become effective once a majority of the members of the Union ratify the Agreement. Thereafter, the CBA shall also be registered with the DOLE. Details of the CBA shall also be made available to the community at ateneo edu/cba once it is approved and ratified.

We once again thank both Administration and Union panels for their diligent negotiations that led to the agreement.

[FIL] Ipinasa ng Administrasyon ang napagkasunduang 2019-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement sa Unyon para sa kanilang pagsusuri at pagpapatibay. Magkakaroon ng bisa ang mga panukalang pang-ekonomiya ng CBA kapag napatibayan na ito ng mayorya ng mga miyembro ng Unyon. Pagkatapos, irerehistro ang CBA sa DOLE. Ibabahagi sa komunidad ang mga detalye ng CBA sa ateneo.edu/cba sa oras na aprobado at ratipikado na ito.

Muli naming pinasasalamatan ang mga panel ng Administrasyon at ng Unyon para sa kanilang masigasig na negosasyon na bumuo sa kasunduan.
