About the Editors

Dada Docot is an anthropologist of the hometown and the Filipino diaspora working as assistant professor of anthropology at Purdue University and as postdoctoral fellow at Tokyo College, University of Tokyo (2021–2023). She received her PhD in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia (2018), where she co-founded the UBC Philippine Studies Series.

Stephen B. Acabado is professor of anthropology at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and International Faculty Affiliate at the Partido State University, Goa, Camarines Sur. He serves as the director of the UCLA Center for Southeast Asian Studies. He received his PhD in Anthropology from the University of Hawai‘i–Manoa in 2010.

Clement C. Camposano currently serves as the chancellor of the University of the Philippines Visayas and president of the Philippine Studies Association (PSA). He received his PhD in Philippine Studies (Anthropology) from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2009.
