4 January 2024: Update on AJHS Grade 7 SY 2024-2025 Application

1. The AJHS LATE ENTRANCE EXAM for Grade 7 SY 2024-2025 applicants will take place in the AJHS campus on Saturday, January 6 from 7:00 am -12:00 noon. Exam instructions have already been sent through email as of January 3.

2. The ONSITE INTERVIEWS will be held in the AJHS Campus starting January 20 (Saturday), and from every Saturday thereafter, from 8:00 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm -3:00 pm. All applicants will be interviewed as part of the application process.

3. Interview invitations will be sent through the registered email address on Ateneo Edusuite on a weekly basis. The interviews depend highly on interviewer availability, so applicants are advised to make themselves available for their scheduled interview.

4. December examinees will be interviewed first, in random order. Late exam takers will be scheduled after this group, except for those who took the exam late because of sickness during the December exam schedule.

5. The last stage of the application process, DELIBERATIONS, will begin after all interviews are done. Results will be sent through Ateneo Edusuite by April 2024. Grade 7 enrollment begins in June 2024.

6. Applications for FINANCIAL AID (initial application and RENEWAL) can now be submitted.

a. Go to https://www.ateneo.edu/ajhs/admissions/scholarships.

b. Scan the application form and documents.

c. Email admissions.ajhs@ateneo.edu with the subject FINANCIAL AID APPLICATION FOR SY 2024-2025 for (NAME) and upload the documents. Only those with complete documents as per the listing on page 1 of the form will be included in the deliberations.

d. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF FORMS IS JANUARY 31, 2024.

e. Results will be out in April 2024.
