The Department of Education (DepEd) District Offices of Marikina, Quezon City, and San Mateo, Rizal along with the San Mateo, Rizal Local Government Unit (LGU) joined us for our Recruitment Orientation last Wednesday, 17 January 2024, at Aretè.

During the orientation, we introduced ourselves to our newer teacher coordinators, shared updates on the program, and brainstormed strategies for reaching out to prospective Pathways applicants. Among the updates, we were proud to share with them the experience of our youngest batch, Pathways Batch 19, a group of 49 students who have already enjoyed programs for college preparation and community-building since their acceptance in July last year.

Our Teacher Coordinators Mrs. Jossa Aloria-Francisco from Marikina Science High School and Mrs. Cynthia Diaz-Labbao from Batasan Hills National High School opened the brainstorming by sharing their strategies for successfully recruiting Pathways applicants. By sharing their tips as two of the top recruiting schools for the last batch of participants, our teacher coordinators were able to come up with techniques applicable to their schools and eventually the goals they have for this recruitment period.

With their help, Pathways continues to reach more promising students and start their leadership journeys.

Pathways is recruiting the latest batch of participants from Grade 11 to join our unique leadership program.
