12 Feb 2024: Updates from AJHS-OAS re: Grade 7 application SY 2024-2025

12 February 2024 UPDATES FOR GRADE 7 SY 2024-2025 APPLICATIONS

1. All applicants who took the exam on December 9/10, 2023 and January 6, 2024 are under the status FOR EXAMINATION until they have finished their INTERVIEW. When this is done, the applicant’s status will be changed to FOR DELIBERATION.

2. ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE INTERVIEWED. Please wait for your interview schedule and instructions to be sent to the registered email address on Ateneo Edusuite for Admissions. Please note the following:

a. Interviews are only done on Saturdays.

b. Interviewer availability is of primary importance, as it determines the number of interviewees for each interview day.

c. Interview schedule and instructions are sent TEN DAYS before schedule. If you have not yet been interviewed, please expect an email to be sent soon, and make sure your Saturdays are kept free for the interview.

3. ALL APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED THEIR DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS AT THIS POINT. This means the GRADE 6 CARD (First Quarter is the minimum requirement) should have been uploaded to Ateneo Edusuite for Admissions.If you have not uploaded the applicant’s card, please do so ASAP.

a. Log in to the applicant’s account using the registered email address.

b. Look for FOLLOW UP REQUIREMENTS on the left side of the page. Click.

c. Upload the card.

d. The card submission will then be REVIEWED and VERIFIED before it is ACCEPTED.

Deliberations for applicants who have taken the exam, finished the interview, and completed the requirements will begin this month. Deliberations for applicants who have not completed their requirements will be deferred until this is done. Results of the online application will be released through Ateneo Edusuite for Admissions in APRIL 2024.
