ASHS gifts Morong Nat'l High School with 2000 donated books

Thanks to the magnanimity of the ASHS community, Ateneo de Manila Senior High School was able to donate more than 2000 books to Morong National High School earlier this month. The books were turned over to Richelle Dela Rosa (Assistant School Principal II) and Thelma Dequiña (Library Coordinator) of Morong National High School in the morning of 7 February 2024.
The books were themselves donated by ASHS students, faculty, administrators, and staff during the school’s National Book Week (NBW) celebration held from 22-26 January 2024. A key activity of NBW was the Donation Drive, which asked Ateneans to donate their pre-loved textbooks, novels, and children’s books. The AJHS Educational Media Center (EMC) also partnered with ASHS and donated books from their community.
