Easter Reflection: Forever

Have you ever thought of forever?
What it looks like, how it must feel.
Have you ever hoped for forever?
Desiring for it to be within reach, to be real.
Deep inside, we do yearn for forever.
A love and a lover that stays.
Deep down, we cling to a forever.
A sense of more and greater to these days.
Is God the forever that’s true?
Gaze at Him who carried the cross.
Is God that forever for you?
Gaze at His pain and triumph. And pause…
As Christ rose from death, may we give ourself a chance to believe in forever. God is the God of forever – unbroken promise of deliverance, unflinching fulfilment of hope, unshakable love.
Do you trust Him with your life? Can you give Him your whole heart? How are you choosing His forever?
Pinag-isipan mo na ba ang walang hanggan?
Ano ito, paano ang karanasan nito.
Naghangad ka na ba ng walang hanggan?
Nagnanais na maabot ito, na nawa totoo nga ito.
Sa kaibuturan, inaasam natin ang walang hanggan.
Isang pag-ibig at isang mangingibig na nananatili.
Sa kaibuturan, kumakapit tayo sa walang hanggan.
Ang diwa ng higit pa at mas dakila sa ating wari.
Ang Diyos ba ang tunay na walang hanggan?
Tingnan Siyang sa krus ay nagbigay ng buhay.
Ang Diyos ba ang iyong walang hanggan?
Tingnan ang Kanyang sakit at tagumpay. At magnilay…
Sa pagbuhay ni Kristo mula sa kamatayan, nawa bigyan natin ang sarili ng pagkakataong maniwala sa walang hanggan. Ang Diyos ay Diyos ng walang hanggan – pangako ng kaligtasang hindi nabali, walang alinlangang pagsasakatuparan ng pag-asa, pag-ibig na hindi natitinag.
Ipinagkakatiwala mo ba sa Kanya ang iyong buhay? Maaari mo bang ipagkaloob sa Kanya ang buo mong puso? Paano mo pinipili ang Kanyang walang hanggan?
