AJHS ENROLLMENT PERIODS (Online)

1. Grade 7: June 24-29

2. Grade 8: July 1-3

3. Grade 9: July 4-6

4. Grade 10: July 8-10

5. Late enrollment (for all levels): July 18-24

GRADE 7 ADMISSIONS and APPEALS

1.  The appeals period is until June 20. After all the data per applicant is collated, deliberations will start. The committee will try to release the results of appeals before the late enrollment period from July 18-24.

2. Enrollment instructions and other instructions with regard to student services will be sent by the Registrar and Student Services offices, respectively.

3. The password reset email will be sent by the DITS (Digital Information and Technology Services) office before enrollment period. Please wait.

TRANSFER APPLICATIONS

1. Release of results for transfer applicants (Grades 8-9) and late applicants (Grade 7) will be released on June 20 through Ateneo Edusuite for Admissions, except for those who have not finished the application process. Please log in to your account to view the results.

2. The email containing the new student ID and other instructions will be sent after the results are released.

FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS

 1. The email for renewal of scholarships for current students was already sent last week.

2. Results for new applications for financial aid will be released within this week. Please wait for the email.
