Ateneo de Manila University’s Office of University Development and Alumni Affairs and Ateneo de Naga University’s Office of Alumni Relations hold benchmarking activity

Last July 5, 2024, the Ateneo de Manila University’s Office of University Development and Alumni Affairs (OUDAA) and Ateneo de Naga University’s Alumni Relations Office (ADNU-ARO) held a benchmarking activity to share and learn best practices from one another. 

Both offices delivered presentations that discussed each other’s organization structure, programs, and future plans. In attendance were OUDAA Director Fr Kit Bautista SJ; Alumni Relations Officer Wilson A de Castro RN, JD; Ateneo Alumni Association (AAA) President Gene Manalastas; AAA Vice President Atty Steff Baltao-Basilio; and AAA Trustee Jovic Basilio. 

After the presentations, Ateneo OUDAA showcased the university’s rich artwork collection to the ADNU-ARO team with a tour at the Ateneo Art Gallery in Arete as well as a campus tour, showing the vibrant and iconic sceneries of the University. 

The benchmarking activity provided an opportunity to continually strengthen connections between Ateneo universities in the Philippines and by sharing best practices, Ignatian values and valuable lessons, both offices are inspired to better serve their alumni communities.  Dios Mabalos!
