[AGS] National Book Week 2024

Tara na, Atenenista! Sabay-sabay tayong “Magbasa, Mangarap, at Magdiwang!”  Ipinagdiriwang natin ngayong ika-18 hanggang 22 ng Nobyembre 2024 ang ika-90 na taon ng National Book Week. 

Magbasa. Knowledge is built through reading. It widens the field of expertise, allowing individuals to know about different cultures, ideas, and perspectives. In the Philippines,  supporting publications help Filipinos comprehend more about themselves.

Mangarap. Reading makes the reader dream big because it helps fuel the imagination. One can imagine multiple possibilities that breed innovation and creativity. This prompts Filipinos to think about shaping themselves for their nation’s future.

Magdiwang. Celebrate the power of reading and the dream it inspires! It’s a celebration of knowledge, the opportunities that education provides, and the progress that the nation can achieve through informed and educated citizens. We also celebrate this nine-decade advocacy and the joint efforts of organizations and people to promote reading and literacy.
