7 January 2025 Updates from AJHS-OAS for Grades 7, 8, 9 Applicants SY 2025-2026

Updates for GRADE 7 SY 2025-2026 APPLICANTS

1. The applicants who took the exam on 14 or 15 December 2024 will go through the next stage of application, as indicated on our webpage: INTERVIEW PHASE. 
2. Applicants will be called for interview ONSITE at the AJHS Campus through an email sent to the registered address on Edusuite. The interviews will be held on Saturdays for the months of January-February. Please note that majority of the interviews will be conducted for non-Ateneo applicants. 
3. Deliberations will be conducted and results will be released through Ateneo Edusuite by March. Appeals will be entertained on this month as well. Results of appeals will be released in April, in preparation for Grade 7 enrolment on the last week of May. Classes for Grade 7 will start on the last week of July. 
4. Those who are scheduled to take the LATE EXAMS on Saturday, 18 January will receive instructions for the exam day through email on January 13. Please monitor your registered email address on Ateneo Edusuite. 
5. Financial aid applications can be submitted through the Google Form available on our website: click the link for SCHOLARSHIPS and FINANCIAL AID. Note that scholarship and financial aid is highly dependent on available funding. Results of financial aid applications will be sent through email in April 2025.

Updates for GRADES 8-9 SY 2025-2026 APPLICANTS

1. Applications for transfer to Grades 8 and 9 for SY 2025-2026 will open in March 2025. The application process is entirely ONLINE. The link will be available on our webpage next week. Look for TRANSFER APPLICATIONS. 
2. Female applicants will be accepted for Grade 8 SY 2025-2026, but NOT YET for Grade 9 SY 2025-2026. 
3. The AJHS does not accept transferees to Grade 10. 
4. Exams for transfer applicants will be held onsite at the AJHS campus in May. 

Updates for RENEWAL of CURRENT financial aid/scholarship grants:

The GOOGLE FORM for renewal of application will be available on the webpage under SCHOLARSHIP/FINANCIAL AID within the week. Please monitor the webpage. Prepare the documents for uploading and make sure to submit the form by 31 January 2025.
