Le Cordon Bleu Asia Pacific VP Charles Cointreau visits Ateneo de Manila

Le Cordon Bleu Vice President for Asia Pacific Mr Charles Cointreau visited Manila for a dinner meeting about business development plans with Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo (LCBA) Institute Director Liza Hernandez-Morales, CCE Executive Director Marleth Calanog and Ateneo Graduate School of Business Dean Jet Magsaysay.

The following day, Mr Cointreau visited the Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo campus in Arete, Ateneo de Manila, for more meetings and catch-up sessions with Ateneo officials headed by Vice President for Administration Mr Rudy P Ang, JGSOM Dean Robby Galang and Restaurant Entrepreneurship Program Director Chef Annalisa Margarita Mariano. Mr Cointreau also met with LCBA's Technical Director Chef Cyrille Soenen and Pastry Chef Julien Bispo. Chef Cyrille and Chef Julien served a memorable 3-course lunch that impressed Mr Cointreau and the Ateneo officials.

Students are also pleased to have had the opportunity to meet Mr Cointreau and interact with him during the visit, exchanging quick banters and enjoying a lighthearted moment.
