12 March 2025: Updates from AJHS-OAS

UPDATES FOR GRADE 7 SY 2025-2026 APPLICANTS:

1. For ACCEPTED applicants, please wait for the email from the OAS regarding confirmation payment instructions and the new ID number. The email will be sent in two or more batches to accepted applicants. No email has been sent as of this writing, as arrangements still have to be made with Central Accounting (CAO) and Digital Information and Technology Services (DITS) for the confirmation payment period, and finalizing the guardian email accounts. 

2. Applicants who took the late exam/submitted the GRADE 6 CARD after March 5 can view their results on Ateneo Edusuite. 

3. For other applicants, the instructions for APPEAL were detailed in the instructions you read when you accessed the results on March 5. 

4. For applicants who remain in FOR DELIBERATION, you can still upload the GRADE 6 CARD, but you have to upload the most recent copy (at least Second Grading period), and you have to do this on or before March 21. We required only the FIRST GRADING PERIOD marks for those who uploaded during the September-December online application period. Once you upload the card, click SUBMIT so it can be moved to FOR VERIFICATION. 

Wait for the committee to convene again and deliberate on your application. The committee finished deliberations before the March 5 release of results. 

UPDATES FOR GRADES 8-9 SY 2025-2026 APPLICANTS:

1. The application period opened on March 10 and will close on April 4. Read the steps for online application on our webpage: https://www.ateneo.edu/ajhs/admissions/transfer-gr8-9 

2. Transfer examinations will be held on APRIL 12. All who are listed in FOR EXAMINATION will receive an email about the Exam Day details by April 10. 

UPDATES FOR FINANCIAL AID APPLICANTS:

1. The committee has started deliberations for GRADE 7 SY 2025-2026 financial aid applicants. Results of the deliberations will be sent through email before the May 26-30 enrollment period. 

2. Grades 8-10 applications for renewal will be deliberated on after the Grade 7 deliberations for financial aid. Results will be sent through email before the June 2-8 enrollment period for Grades 8-10.
