Call for Bazaar Concessionaires for AGS' Holy Guardian Angels Fiesta 2025

Dear Prospective Bazaar Concessionaire, 

The Ateneo de Manila Grade School will celebrate its Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels by holding the annual FIESTA on 2, 3, and 4 October 2025 with the theme “Pamilyang Atenista, Nagkakaisa Bilang mga Anghel ng Pag-asa.” This is a tradition to honor the loving presence and influence of the Holy Guardian Angels in the lives of all people. 

In line with this, the school will hold a bazaar on the inclusive dates mentioned above. Bazaar spaces will be available to interested concessionaires when they fill up and submit the application form. Note that all applications are subject to the approval of the FHGA 2025 Bazaar Committee.

The following are additional details which are applicable for the duration of the FIESTA (three days): 

1. Bazaar Rental Fee for 3 days:
   
   1. 8’ x 8’ space without electricity is Php 4,000
   2. 8’ x 8’ space with electricity is Php 4,600
2. Only the bazaar space and provision for electricity are provided. All other equipment and appliances needed would have to be provided by the concessionaire such as tables, chairs, floor mats, extension cords, electric fan, light bulb, etc.
3. Concessionaires are NOT ALLOWED to sell ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
   1. Toys that are sold in AGS booths (a list will be provided for reference)
   2. Food (including packed or canned goods such as Pringles, chocolates and the like)
   3. Medicines, vitamins, food supplements, and the like
   4. Novelty items bearing the Ateneo seal / logo
   5. Live animals & pets
   6. Comic books, trading cards, and the like
   7. Pirated goods and contraband materials
   8. Any item that espouses violence and moral decay (toy guns, bombs, knives, and swords)
   9. Any item that can be physically harmful (with sharp edges/points, fragile materials that break easily and can create new sharp edges or small parts that are choking hazards)
   10. Any item that poses a health hazard (e.g. laser pens, confetti spray, hair color spray)
   11. Any item that has no educational value

You will be notified of the result of your application via email or text. Once your application has been approved, you are required to attend the Orientation for Bazaar Concessionaires on 22 September 2025, Monday, at the Heritage Room from 3:30 – 4:30 pm.
