The Literary and Cultural Studies Program is proud to launch this year’s ALCF from 15 to 19 Sept at the Colayco Pavilion and promenade! Join us for a week-long celebration of life-giving and insightful talks, exciting workshop activities, and a culminating night with artists sure to get you in a festive mood! Browse all of the books, zines, stickers, komiks, stationery, tote bags, and many more during our book fair from 9AM to 5PM every day! Who knows, your favorite authors might even show up to sign your books!

The ALCF is a symposium, a laboratory, a workshop, and a marketplace for Filipino creatives in the 21st century. Organized by the Literary and Cultural Studies Program, Kritika Kultura, and PLUME Book Club, in collaboration with the Cultural Center of the Philippines, the festival promotes Philippine literature in English and its allied traditions, serves as a testing ground for innovation and creativity, hones leadership skills in the imaginative arts, and offers a safe space for debates that help us appreciate our cultural past, assess our artistic present, and invigorate our creative future.
