APC research fellow publishes study on self-reliant defense posture

Research Fellow Julio Amador III of the Ateneo Policy Center and co-author Deryk Matthew N. Baladjay has published an appraisal study of the Philippines’ self-reliant defense posture from 2016 to 2022 in Defense and Security Analysis, a Scopus-indexed journal. The study, supported by Konrad-Adenaur-Stiftung Philippines, identified the critical opportunities for a more sustainable defense framework.
