PHILIPPINES – Naga College Foundation reported a breach that occurred last 13 August 2025. Data sets containing personal information from the breach are now being sold in a hacker forum. NPC Advisory No. 2025-02 provides a guidance for personal information controllers and personal information processors on embedding "privacy-by-design" and "privacy-by-default" principles across all stages of a system's lifecycle.
