Ateneo de Manila University congratulates its alumni who were recognized in the Michelin Guide Philippines 2025

Ateneo de Manila University and Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo congratulate its alumni whose establishments were recognized in the Michelin Guide Philippines 2025.
From Seva, the University congratulates Amanda Hao (AB Communications 2020), Neil Siegfried "Niggy" Dy (AB Communications Technology 2017), Juliana Guzman (BS Restaurant Entrepreneurship 2024). From Kodawari, the University congratulates Toni Potenciano-Abesamis (AB Communications 2013), Jake Aycardo (BS Management 2013), and Ryan Serrano (BS Management Engineering 2006).
As part of her degree, Juliana trained at Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo.
Established by in San Juan in 2024, Seva takes its name from the Sanskrit ethos of "selfless service," which forms the foundation of the restaurants casual yet elevated modern dining experience.
Kodawari was started by Toni, Ryan and their partner, MasterChef Asia contestant and restauranteur Jake Aycardo, as an online-only restaurant offering non-traditional takes on gyudon and other Japanese dishes during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It has since opened in locations in BGC and Salcedo. It is the latter that was recognized in the Michelin Guide.
In addition, Ateneo de Manila and Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo also congratulate the following Le Cordon Bleu graduates for being recognized by the Michelin Guide: Chef Aaron Isip of Kasa Palma (1 Star), Chef Angelo Comsti of Offbeat (Bib Gourmand), Chef JP Anglo of Sarsa (Michelin-Selected), and Chef Ana Lorenzana de Ocampo of Osteria Antica and Kei Maki (Michelin-Selected).
