Ateneo de Manila University has officially joined the Jesuit Entrepreneurship Center Alliance (JECA), a global network of entrepreneurship centers from Jesuit colleges and universities dedicated to promoting ethical, innovative, and socially responsible business leadership. The alliance strengthens collaboration in research, education, and venture development among Jesuit institutions that share a common mission of forming entrepreneurs for others.

Through JECA, faculty, innovators, entrepreneurs, and students from Ateneo de Manila University will gain access to the collective knowledge and resources of leading Jesuit universities around the world, including Boston College, Universidad de Deusto, Fordham University, Fu Jen Catholic University, Georgetown University, Loyola Marymount University, Santa Clara University, Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad Loyola Andalucía, and XLRI – Xavier School of Management.

The John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM), the Ateneo Business Insights Laboratory for Development (BUILD), and the Ateneo Business Resource Center (BRC) will collaborate with their international counterparts to share best practices, co-develop learning programs, and expand opportunities for student ventures. The partnership supports Ateneo’s entrepreneurship-focused degree programs, including the BS Information Technology Entrepreneurship (BS ITE), BS Management (BS MGT), BS Management Honors (BS MGT-H), BS Management of Applied Chemistry (BS MAC), and BS Restaurant Entrepreneurship (BS REnt).
