ASOG launches Student Nexus to strengthen student leadership and community

The Ateneo School of Government convened its second Student Nexus (Student Assembly) for School Year 2025 to 2026 on 19 January 2026 as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen student formation, leadership, and community life within the Master in Public Management program.
During the assembly, both ASOG Dean Dr. Jennifer S. Oreta and Academic Program Head Javier R. Jimenez emphasized the role of regular student assemblies in nurturing “persons for and with others” and in helping students practice discernment and ethical leadership as future public servants.
The initiative responds to the steady growth of the program’s student population, which has increased by 110 percent since 2021, and aims to foster a more inclusive and engaged graduate school community.
