OUDAA and UST Office of Alumni Relations hold benchmarking session to strengthen alumni engagement

The Ateneo Office of University Development and Alumni Affairs (OUDAA) and University of Santo Tomas (UST) Office of Alumni Relations recently held a benchmarking activity on campus last 25 November 2025. Present in this activity is OUDAA Director Fr Raymund Benedict "RB" Q Hizon SJ; UST Office of Alumni Relations Director Ms Joreen T Rocamora; and the esteemed staff of the respective offices.

Both offices had a productive day sharing invaluable insights about their practices across key areas in alumni relations, as well as institutional advancement. The UST OAR commend the OUDAA for their outstanding approaches on services such as alumni data collection, donor care, and alumni formation. Such approaches will hopefully assist them in ensuring better service and in strengthening the relations with the UST alumni.

As this benchmarking activity exhibits the continuous partnership between UST and Ateneo de Manila University, the OUDAA and the UST OAR look forward to implement the practices they shared for the continuous improvement of their respective alumni relations.
