The Fr Joaquin Bernas SJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education introduces the second speaker of the second iteration of its On the Sounding Board Series, entitled At the Turning Point: The Future of Education Reform in the Philippines.
Atty Filemon Ray L Javier is the Undersecretary of the Department of Education, overseeing Legal and Legislative Affairs. He plays a key role in shaping education policy, institutional reforms, and governance frameworks within DepEd.
The forum will center on the forthcoming Final EDCOM II Report and its implications for Philippine education reform.
