ASHS celebrates Women's Month with GAD talk and other activities

Hey ASHS! 

This month of March, we celebrate International Women’s Month, a celebration of all the important women in our lives and a commemoration of their strength, courage, and resilience. 

The ASHS community is invited to participate in the various activities happening within the month of March: 

a) “Safe Girls, Empowered Girls,” a school-based talk that aims to promote awareness, safety, and empowerment among young women. The event will take place on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the ASHS Blackbox Theater. The session will tackle important topics such as gender-based violence, consent, and the role of supportive school communities in protecting and empowering girls.

This Women’s Month and beyond, let’s continue breaking barriers, amplifying voices, and building a world where equity is reality, not aspiration.
