COA-M and OAVP-SEEDS successfully conclude the Register Anywhere Program of COMELEC
02 Mar 2026 | Office of the Assistant Vice President for Social and Environmental Engagement for Development and Sustainability
The Council of Organizations of Ateneo - Manila (COA-M) and the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Social and Community Engagement for Development and Sustainability (OAVP-SEEDS) hosted three days of the Commission on Elections’ Register Anywhere Program (RAP) last week. The Program was held at the Colayco Pavilion on 23 February and 26 February 26 and at the MVP Roofdeck on 27 February.
Over 770 members of the Ateneo de Manila community and a few relatives availed of COMELEC’s services. Most were first-time registrants, but some reactivated their voting status, or changed their address or registered name.

This was the second time the Commission on Elections’ Register Anywhere Program was hosted on campus. A previous run was held at the Formation and Learning Center of the Senior High School from 23 to 25 April 2024. Back then, over 650 participants were able to avail of COMELEC’s services.

The application forms will be sent to the different city and municipal COMELEC offices for further processing. Please check the COMELEC website closer to the November 2026 elections for updates and precinct assignments.
Once approved at the city or municipal level, new applicants and those who reactivated their voting status will be eligible to vote for the barangay elections this November 2026. Those who are unable to vote for two (2) consecutive elections will have their voting status deactivated. So all are enjoined to vote in 2026 and in 2028!

Those who were unable to avail of the services of COMELEC on campus may visit their local COMELEC offices. Registration is open until May 2026 for the barangay elections.
Should any Ateneo de Manila unit wish to avail of the COMELEC Register Anywhere Program, kindly contact the OAVP-SEEDS at seeds@ateneo.edu.
