Ateneo BUILD Center welcomes new board member

The Ateneo Business Insights Laboratory for Development (BUILD) Center is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to its distinguished Board of Advisors. This appointment, approved by Dr. Maria Luz C. Vilches, Vice President for Higher Education, further strengthens the center's commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in data-driven research and decision-making:

Mr. Gian Paolo dela Rama, Chief Product Officer and Head of Sprout AI Labs, Sprout Solutions Part-time Faculty, Department of Quantitative Methods and Information Technology (QMIT) and the B.S. Information Technology Entrepreneurship Program, Ateneo de Manila University

Mr. dela Rama brings valuable product development and artificial intelligence expertise to the Board. His role at Sprout Solutions, one of the leading HR and Payroll technology providers in the Philippines, positions him at the forefront of applying AI and data-driven solutions to real-world business challenges. His dual perspective as an industry leader and academic instructor aligns perfectly with BUILD's mission to bridge cutting-edge research with practical applications. Under the guidance of Roberto Martin N. Galang, Ph.D., Dean of JGSOM, and the leadership of Joseph Benjamin R. Ilagan, Director of Ateneo BUILD, the center further enhances its position in contributing to education, research, and industry collaboration.

With its expanded Board of Advisors, BUILD continues solidifying its position as a hub for innovative research and practical applications in data-driven decision-making.
