[AGS] Mental Health Week

Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our bodies.
We stay healthy by eating well, getting enough sleep, exercising, and playing. Taking care of our emotional well-being is not just about being happy all the time; it's about maintaining a balanced state of mind. It means paying attention to how we feel – whether we’re happy, sad, worried, or angry - and learning how to express and discuss our feelings.
Asking for help does not mean you are weak. We are not meant to do it all alone. When we support one another, we not only lift others, but we also grow stronger ourselves.
This week, we invite the members of the AGS community to support one another and take steps –however big or small – towards building a kind, caring, and mentally healthy community.
Because together, we are stronger.
