Dr Suwit Wibulpolprasert, Keynote Speaker for 4th Annual Health Leadership Conference

Dr Suwit Wibulpolprasert will be one of the keynote speakers of the Health Leadership Summit 2023 entitled Human Resources for Health in light of Universal Healthcare.

Dr Suwit currently serves as the Senior Advisor in Global Health for the Thailand Ministry of Health. He is the President of the Steering Committee of Asia-Pacific Action Alliance on HRH and the Steering Committee of Asia Partnership on Avian Influenza Research. He is also the former Vice Chair of the WHO Executive Board, former Vice Chair of the Global Fund, and former Chair of the Program Coordinating Board of the UNAIDS. He is the Founder of the Prince Mahidol award conference on global health policies, and former Chair of the Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Science.

Along with these positions, Dr Suwit Wibulpolprasert has established a global health diplomacy capacity-building program in Thailand and in other countries. He was recently given the Heroes of Public Health award by the WHO for his innumerable achievements and contribution to the establishment of strong and futuristic public health institutions and systems in his country.
