Call for Food Concessionaires for the AGS Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels

Dear AGS Community,

Greetings!

The Ateneo de Manila Grade School will be celebrating the annual Feast of the Holy Guardian Angels on September 28-30, 2023. This is a tradition in Grade School that gives importance to the presence and influence of the Holy Guardian Angels in people's lives.

Spaces for food stalls will be available to concessionaires on a first-come first-served basis. Concessionaires must bring their own tents and equipment for their food stalls. Applications are subject to the approval of the Food Committee. The rates for the whole duration of the fair are as follows:

8 ft. X 8 ft. space Php 3,500.00
Electricity Php 2,000.00

If you want to secure a space, kindly download and fill out the AGS Food Event Application Form. For the complete food safety guidelines and list of requirements, please read carefully before signing the OFSQA Food Safety Mandates for Food Business Operators. Menu list/packaging should be in line with University Packaging Guidelines. You may submit the accomplished forms together with the requirements to Mrs. Pam Albania via email at psalinas@ateneo.edu on or before September 22, 2023.
